  I've been with Dr. Gammer and his nurse Kathy for almost 30 years. They approach medicine as the science that it is, which is EXACTLY what I want in a doctor, not a host at a day spa. Dr. Gammer and Kathy are serious, focused, and concerned about their patients' well-being. Are their personalities warm and fuzzy? Not immediately. If they wanted to be warm and fuzzy and hold your hand and make small talk, they'd be psychologists because that's what they're paid to do. Dr. Gammer and Kathy focus on what they're committed to keeping healthy: your skin. See them more than once, and a professional relationship begins to develop -- and you start to get to know them. They both actually have a great sense of humor.
